Reschedule booking
Use your booking reference number and email. Self-service reschedule is one-time only and requires payment-confirmed status.
Rules
- - No refunds. Payments are final.
- - One-time reschedule only per booking reference number.
- - Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your booked start time.
- - Only payment-confirmed bookings are eligible for self-service reschedule.
- - Rescheduled booking must match the original booked duration exactly.
- - Reschedule is subject to slot availability. If no slot is available, your current booking remains final.
